Refund Eligibility

  1. 7-Day Window: Refunds are only applicable within 7 days of the product purchase date. After 7 days, no refund will be provided.
  2. Usage Limit: To be eligible for a refund, you must have generated less than 100 summaries using our service.
  3. Non-functional Product: If the product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional, and you’ve reached out to us, but your problem was not resolved, WP Summarize offers a full or partial refund.
  4. Support Team Unable to Resolve: If you are not satisfied with WP Summarize and our support team is unable to solve the problem that we’ve promised, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Process

  1. WP Summarize reserves the right to ask questions regarding the refund request.
  2. We also reserve the right to NOT offer a refund if we deem it unreasonable.
  3. Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.

Refund Exclusions

  1. Refunds are not applicable for discount products, upgrades, or renewals.
  2. We may refuse to refund customers who misuse or misbehave with our products and services.
  3. If a customer misses important information before purchasing and asks for a refund on this basis, the refund will not be applicable.

Price Changes

WP Summarize reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Custom Projects

If you purchase any Product which has Custom Pricing (Custom Project price agreed by both parties), that means you’ve confirmed the project Price. Any Custom Project Price will be non-refundable. Any advance Project Payment will be non-refundable. You’ve agreed to all terms within our Policy.

Warranty

WP Summarize products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Each WP Summarize product is guaranteed to function correctly upon proper installation, activation, and options configuration within the latest stable WordPress version.

WP Summarize cannot and does not guarantee compatibility with any 3rd party plugins. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with our Themes and Plugins, as we cannot guarantee they will work with all browser combinations.

In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

We are not licensed to provide stock images and certain true-type fonts (TTF) that might be used on any or all of the provided products. These require you to own or purchase from their respective owners.

All members have access to the support forums. WP Summarize does not commit to monitor the forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions.

Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.
